Your account

Play fair

You may not:

What happens if you break the rules

Depending on how serious it is, we may reset gains made by cheating, rename your hero, pause your account for a while, ban it, or delete it. When we pause or ban an account, you see the reason when you try to log in. If you think we got it wrong, write to info@thern.io.

Items and progress

Gold, items and everything else in the game have no real-world value, cannot be sold for money, and belong to the game. You get a right to use them while you play. Gear, gold, levels and anything else that makes a hero stronger are never sold.

Supporting the game and purchases

You can support Torchdelve by buying a supporter pack, a monthly patronage, looks (cosmetics) or hourglasses. What you get is described in the game before you buy. Looks only change how your hero looks; an hourglass only shortens the wait in a raid and never changes its outcome.

The purchase is made from Lemon Squeezy, who sells it as reseller (merchant of record): they take the payment, charge the right VAT and send the receipt. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

Right of withdrawal: what you buy is digital content delivered right away. Before paying you agree to get it at once and confirm that the 14-day right of withdrawal then ends (Distansavtalslagen 2 ch. 11 §). If something you bought does not arrive or does not work, write to info@thern.io and we will fix it or refund you.

Patronage renews every month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the receipt e-mail. You keep the patron benefits until the end of the month you paid for, and the monthly looks you already got are yours to keep.

What you bought is tied to your hero. If the game closes, or your hero is banned for breaking the rules, purchases are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. If we close the game, we stop selling well before and give notice in the game.

Your personal data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and ending the game

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we say so in the game, and playing on means you accept it. We may also close the game; if so, we give notice in the game first when we can.

Law

Swedish law applies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
